Sub-processors

1. Infrastructure
Northern Compute Co-op (Montréal, CA): primary hosting for the control plane and ledger. Laurentide CDN (CA): static asset delivery. Boreal Backup (CA): encrypted backups, Canadian regions only. All placeholder names for the demonstration.
2. Business operations
Stripe (US): payment processing; card data never touches our servers. Postmark-style transactional email provider (US/EU): account and security notices only.
3. Model providers
The providers you route to (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Groq, AWS Bedrock, Meta-hosted endpoints, DeepSeek, xAI, Alibaba, Cohere) process your Inputs for inference under their own terms, labeled per model in the catalog. You choose them per request; models served through your own Model Tunnel involve no external processor at all.

We announce additions 30 days ahead on this page and by email to DPA signatories. Objection rights are described in the DPA.
